Consider NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.

I have a netzero dialup and when i try to establish a connection i get "dialing, redialing in 5 seconds, dialing..., unable to establish a connection" How do i establish a connection?

If you turn your sound up on the computer, do you hear a dial tone? Does it then begin dialing? If not you may have a bad modem. Try dialing the ISP's number with your phone, it should dial in and you should hear various beeps and so on, if not the ISP is down.

Do you have a Tivo Premier and are you experiencing wireless communication...

Recenty, I discovered that devices were dropping off of my wireless network (Netgear N300 wireless N with DSL modem). After trial and error, the solution to the wireless communication problems was to create a wireless N bridge using the Tivo Wireless N adapters.

To use this feature, you will need two Tivo wireless N adapters. One wireless N adapter should be set to bridge and plugged into an available ethernet port into your router. The second adapter should be set to client and plugged into the ethernet port in the back of the Tivo Premier. Once the power has been applied to both wireless adapters and the Wireless adapter (connected to the router) has connected to an available address on your router, press and hold the button (on top of each adapter) to establish a secure wireless connection between both adapters.

Once each adapter has established communication, you will have a separate 5Ghz Wi Fi signal (as well as a channel )dedicated to you Tivo devices throughout the house. Each Tivo Premier added to the house should have the wireless N adapter and connected using the secure connection to the wireless bridge by pressing the button on each adapter (the one on the router as well as the one on the Tivo to install).

If sucessfully installed, you should be able to connect to all Tivos on the network for management as well as streaming. If communication between the Tivos isn't successful, you will have to restart each Tivo and establish a new connection to the Tivo service.

Another suggestion when using the wireless N adapters is to setup a static IP address on each Tivo that is higher than the IP address assigned to the wireless adapter. Each Tivo utilized two IP addresses for each device (one for the adapter and one for the Tivo). You may have to check the router administration screen to determine the IP addresses used for the wireless adapters before establishing a static IP address for the Tivos. If you assign static IP addresses to each Tivo, you will have to restart each Tivo and reconnect them to the Tivo service to establish proper network mapping.

With this wireless network configuration, you will ensure that your Tivos are connected to the service using high speed, dedicated wireless N communication for streaming purposes between the services offered while not impacting other computers, servers, video game machines, and tablets that are connected into your house.

Since the Roamio uses a built in wireless adapter, you may not have success in adding a Roamio to the wireless bridge created on your router unless you disable the built in wireless adapter and purchase the external wireless N model from Tivo.

Instructions on setting up wireless bridge can be found at this location:

It is not letting me to Install Programs like Skype, Dropbox and Firefox, displaying error messages such as "Unable to connect ...

I think the problem isn't the program, but the internet connections.
Make sure your internet connection such as modem properly installed, then make sure it's connected to the line.

Picutes taken, cannot find them, when turn camera on it says "images recorded to internal memory". How do you retrieve these photos?

You'll have to use the USB cable that should have been provided with your camera to plug it directly into your computer. Then you should be able to see both the memory card and the internal memory as if they were two separate cards on your computer. If you get a connection established by the cable (meaning the cable isn't damaged) but you don't see the internal memory, you may need to look for software to install before you can see it. But plug it in first and see what you find. Good luck!

How to change 192.168.0.101 to 192.168.1.1? because, 150mbps from router, but actually the speed is 11 mbps, tks

Really depends on what router you have and why you want to do that,
192.168.0.101 sounds like a computer IP,
192.168.1.1 sounds like the router IP.. changing the IP addresses will have no effect on your connection speed.

Also just because the router says it's capabale of 150mb/s doesn't mean your internet connect can support that speed.

Typically with Cable Modems your connection will say it's established a 100mb connection but in reality you're sharing that connection with everyone else on your "node" so you getting 11mbps isn't actually bad for a standard cable internet connection.

IBM 1532 2nd tray is installed but the printer isn';t seeing it

First of all, let's establish exactly what doesn't see the second tray - the printer or the computer?

Go to the printer's display, enter the menu and find a configuration sheet print option (or something to that effect). All printers can output a summary page with all relevant information, like memory, settings and also paper trays. If the second tray is not mentioned on the configuration sheet, then there must be some problem with electrical connection between the printer and the tray.

If however the printer sees the tray, only the computer doesn't let you print/select it, you must open the control panel, printers, properties for your printer and find an option like "installable accessories", "optional components" or something similar, where you will find an option to enable the second tray, thus informing the printer driver that the printer is equipped with 2nd tray.

Good luck

"establishing connection..." not connecting

I suspect the problem lies with the HP software on your computer. You can download the HP Photosmart software from www.hp.com. Look for Software & Driver Downloads for R707 camera. You can still transfer your photos by setting USB Configuration in your camera, to Disk Drive in the Setup Menu.
