Changing the developer is a procedure for service technicians to do. You might want to ask that question on copytechnet.com. There are Toshiba service technicians on that can help you with that.

sounds like drum and exposure adjustment. Analog machine...could be charge corona or transfer corona are dirty or tired

SOURCE: just been given this 1360
open the machine and lift the red fuser cover and check the exit sensor make sure that that the flag moves easly then makr sure the registration sensor flag moves easy as well the sensor is located at the black roller in the bottom of the machine there is a cutout in the plate you should be able to see the flag if not it is stuck in the open position the figure 8 is a paper jam error
