Question about LG enV3 VX9200 Cell Phone
Anytime I can't get a sdcard to be recognized by a cell phone i use a pc and
start->run-> fdisk or diskpart and clean the card ENTIRELY
man fdisk, ofdisk or cfdisk
still dosen't work I'll try "Basic" partitioning/ primary partitions of sizes starting from the full size and go down by half each successive attempt. ex 8g, then 4 gb, then 2 - simply because some older phones DON'T see bigger partitions.

HI blaznblasian in this case you should use quick format for the kingston micro sd card. the file system is to move information off the phone. Verizon uses scan disc with most of it phones. This is all a personal choice now.

Tips for a great answer:
SD cards take on a multitude of formats.
For a card that needs to work on operating systems such as Windows 98, ME or XP Home Edition, it must be converted to a File Allocation Table (FAT) format.
Also, some devices, such as a GPS unit or MP3 player, may require a FAT-formatted card.
Insert the SD card into your computer's card reader.
Click Start, then "My Computer."
Right click on the drive representing your SD card and click "Format."
Choose the memory capacity that fits what the SD card's capacity is.
If the exact option isn't available, get as close as possible.
Choose "exFAT" from the "File system" option.
Click "OK" and confirm you want to format the drive.
Hope this helps.
