Question about Gateway FPD1960 19" Flat Panel LCD Monitor
In this case I would recommend you to please first of all unplug all the wired connections from the back of the system even the connection from the monitor to cabinet.
Now press and hold the power button of the cabinet for 30 seconds and replug all the connections back again.
Restart the system.
If it still doesn't work then check if you are getting any spinning sound of hard drive so as to check if the internal components are working fine.
Also connect any external monitor to the cabinet and check if you have the same issue with the external one as well?
Please let me know if it was of any help?
