That's a toughie... you might try the defaults...
In some cases you can try bad codes until it says Blocked, enter PUK. In which case you can call customer service or find it on your account online for your number.
But that may not be your area of problem. If you've changed the code and forgotten it, you would have to send it to Nokia to be reset, they won't tell those procedures to the public. Otherwise if you can get to the settings and/or security menu, you may find you can Reset the phone, but that may clear all your data, which may be your only other alternative. (and if you send it in, that may happen as well...)
