How to clean slr sensor on my nikon fg - Nikon FG 35mm SLR Camera

The sensor? The FG is a film camera and doesn't have an image sensor. Do you mean the lens? Viewscreen? Mirror? Something else?

Take the lens off the camera and look inside. you should see a mirror angled at 45 degrees. If you do not see the mirrir, it is probably stuck in the up position and repair is necessary

What type of battery do i need for a 35mm nikkon slr film camera?

Two SR-44, S-76, or LR-44 batteries  OR one CR-1 3N battery, assuming you really mean the FG. Other Nikon 35mm cameras may need other batteries.

Not letting take pics or advance film

Check the batteries first. The electromagnetic shutter requires power to function. To free up the shutter and advance lever, rotate the command switch to "M90" (if I recall). That should re-set the shutter and allow you to advance the lever mechanically.
