Question about Apple iPod nano 3rd Generation
When I plug my ipod into my computer, it doesn't show up anywhere. Neither in "My Computer" or itunes. I'm running Windows XP Professional. I've tried resetting and forcing it to disk mode, reinstalling itunes, changed USB ports, and all the other possible solutions offered by the help web site. It was suggested that I take it to an Apple store for repair. It still plays music and videos that are downloaded on it, it just won't sync up with itunes.I have more music and videos that I wish to install on it. I plug it in but it is not recognised anywhere - it does not sync or charge and itunes does not open when plugged in.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
