Question about Toshiba Satellite M65-S821 Notebook
First you shoult remove the battery (it could be short circuited) then try powering up, if it's not working check the AC adaptor with a multimeter to verify voltage (compare with what it is ritten on the AC adaptor) last thing you should remove everything you can (RAM, HARD DRIVE, NIC's, CD ROM, etc...) than try powering up again if it power's up than put back ONE DEVICE/MODULE AT A TIME TO TARGET THE FAULTY DEVICE. if nothing worked i'm sorry it's dead.
