I have HP 6500 series printer. I am getting this error OX61011BEF. The papers are going through the printer without printing

Sir/Ma'am, Error 0x61011BEF usually occurs in HP Office jet Printers.
To solve this error try the following steps:-
1.Without turning off the product, disconnect the USB cable from the rear of the product.
2.Remove the cartridges from the printer
3.Wait for the 'Insert Cartridges ' message to display on the control panel.
4.Disconnect the power cord from the back of the product.
5.Wait 60 seconds.
6.Reconnect the power cord. If the product does not automatically turn on, press the Power button
7.Reinsert the cartridges, and then close any open doors on the product.
8. If you receive a prompt to print a calibration page, do so.
9. Reconnect the USB cable to the rear of the printer
Try printing again.
If the error still exist try to reset the printer to the factory defaults:-
1. Unplug the power cable from printer when the printer is powered on and wait for 20 seconds.
2.Then, press and hold # and 6 while plugging in the power cord and continue holding until it displays semi full reset message in the front panel
If you have completed all the preceding steps and are still experiencing this error then it surely be an hardware issue and it cannot be fix up here. In this case Determine if your product is in warranty or out of warranty.If your product is in warranty , Simply contact to HP Service Center or from where you purchased it and claim the warranty. Your problem will be solved
