Question about Samsung Washing Machines
We had this problem with our washer (samsung wf316bac) for a while. 2 service calls did nothing to fix it. Washer is level, use correct soap and amount, etc. etc. I had to turn down the hot and cold water faucets to fix the problem. It worked. I think there is a siphon problem with the soap dispenser design... On a very large load we now get the 'nf' (no flow) message and have to start the washer again. Beats water on the floor... Samsung denies having any problem but you will find this all over the interent. hope this helps...

I have had this happen. I have taken the dispenser tray out and cleaned the area where the water and the detergent will flow into the washer at. This area had gotten some gunk build up, once I cleaned it, it has not leaked since. Now I just routinely look at this and make sure that it is clean. Hope this helps you.
