Toshiba laptop won't turn on

My son fell asleep while browsing the internet on his laptop and it fell off the bed. Now, it won't turn on at all. It is only 2 years old. What would cause it to completely shut down? Thank you for your response.

Several things could cause this problem. Be sure the battery is charged for one. For two, it could be the power supply. If it is the power supply, you will need to bring it into a shop. If it makes any sound or has any light on, the power supply may not be the problem. Good Luck!

Toshiba satellite L650 keeps turning off.

Overheating When the CPU overheats then it will shut down (i.e. thermal overload) and won't boot up again until it has cooled down. If this is the problem is not fixed then the CPU will eventually fail.
A faulty fan causes the problem or the fan and heat sink assembly are clogged with dust.
Check the CPU fan to see if it spins freely, if not replace the fan.
If the fan and heat sink is clogged with dust the remove the dust and make sure the vents are clear and dust free. Use a small brush and can of compressed air to do this.

While browsing the internet the laptop just turned off and it doesn't turn on again. What happened?

most likely problem is that the laptop has overheated. Give it time to cool down and try to start it again. Make sure the vents underneath the machine are clear.

Seems to be dead, not recieve any power

First its sad with Toshiba to address you in that manner all they care about is their wallets that sad.  You need a new battery but if I were you I would trade it in for something other than a Toshiba as is that is, least you will get something for it and bugger them (Tosiha) get something else other Brand.
