Why is water going into the drum when not in use

Hi, it sounds like the water inlet valve is faulty and not completely closing and allowing water to pass through when it should be closed. You will have to get it looked at or replaced.

Can u use water softner pellets direct in to water

Water softener salt is used to regenerate a water softener after the softener has been in operation for a few days removing hardness from the water. If you were to only add the salt to your water you would still have hard water but now it would become salty. Go to youtube and look up How does a water softener work? If you want to buy one go to wqa.org and find a Certified Water Specialist close to you. He or she will be one of the only 5% of water treatment people who have received formal training in how to fix your water. There is a lot that can be done to improve your water.

I would buy or find a huge water tank and drain the contents into it once its half full por wood shavings or an absorber in to dry it out,or if you filter the water you can use the water for plants,shrubs..

Metallic tasting coffee

You need to look in your manual and descale the unit. When you do this, make sure you use vinegar and water. This will take care of most of that. Also when filling your machine with water, if you use bottled water or going through a good water filter system will help this. So, between descaling the machine, with vinegar and water, and filtered water will help this go away. Thanks Mike

How do i clean my iron so brown dirt won't come out of it when i iron

Hi,

Brown water and white scale are often the result of the water you use in the iron...

If you have scale, white vinegar will clean that...

For brown water, empty the iron, rinse out the insides with bottled water,

and then use the bottled water instead...

How much roundup do i put in 3 liters of water

Round up is currently offered in a few variations. If you have the "Spray and GO" or the "Spray and Go" refill product do not add water. The ratio is already correct. Likewise for the "Redy-to-Use Plus", do not add water.
If you have the "Weed and Grass Killer Concentrate Plus", the ratio is 3oz/gallon water. 3 liters of water=0.79 gallons so use 2.4 oz of this type of Round Up.
If you have the "Weed and Grass Killer Super Concentrate", the ratio is 1.5oz/gallon water so you would use 1.2 oz of product mixed into 3 liters of water.
If you have a different product and just need to work out the conversion from gallons to liters, 1 gallon=3.78 liters.
Hope this helps.

Water not going into icemaker. Water dispenser works fine.

Check the water valve at the back of the fridge if present.

Even if you used blowdryer, ensure that linse are not frozen by performing a complete defrost.

Disconnect water lines from icemaker, and blow with compressor if the above did not work.
