Question about HP w1907 LCD Monitor
In this case I would recommend you to connect any external monitor to the system to check if the same issue occurs in the external; as well.
If yes, I believe that you can try updating the latest video drivers for the graphic card.
If no, it means that the problem is with the original screen and needs to be checked by the vendor itself. or you can try resetting the monitor to factory settings by going into the settings of the monitor.
