Ok shut off copier, Wait for it too cool down for 30 minutes, then remove the two brass screws, After you remove the web assembly, I like you to look for grooves on the Orange Fuser Roller.
After you do that call a tech company or a copier company that repairs these units if your unable to find anyone. We are in Connecticut,Copiers Plus Worldwide,LLC is whom we are I worked on over 3 units of these and it can be an easy if, if you attept to remove the fuser make sure the connector isn't melted it will be had to remove. I also carry A Brand New Copy Cartridge for this unit selling it cheap call us we can help

Chances are your paper had some moisture in it and when the heat was applied to it it curled up before it exited and got jammed.Make sure you turn machine off and unplug it.Let it cool for about 30 minutes. Open the clamshell you will need a phillips screwdriver to take off 2 gold screws that hold down the web assembly .When you have the two screws out lift the web assembly out you will see the paper inside folded up like an accordion .Check the teflon coated feelers that ride on the lower roller which applies the pressure one or more could be bent back getting in the way of the paper as it tries to exit

Shut it off for about 45 minutes to let it cool down. The remove the 2 brass screws from the black area on top the fuser. Remove the web assembly and you will see one of the flat stripper fingers bent down blocking the paper path. Just flip it back in place.

How do you reset an H5-01 error code on Sharp Color MX2300 Copier.

Hello

Most error codes can be cleared by removing the paper jam and then rebooting the machine. When an error code occurs, make a note of the code and then follow the instructions on the control panel for clearing it.

Paper jams can be caused by a variety of issues in the copy machine, but jamming can commonly be caused by improperly loaded paper in the trays or dirty paper feed rollers.

If you get repeated paper jams, remove the paper from the trays and inspect the stack. Look for folded corners, especially on the bottom of the stack. Fan the paper thoroughly and then reload the stack into the tray. Check the paper guides to ensure they are not too tight or too loose. Both conditions can cause paper jams.

If you can see the paper transport rollers by opening the ordinary access covers and panels inside the machine, cleaning them might help reduce paper jams. Shut the machine off and unplug it, then take a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with water and wipe those rollers off. A buildup of toner and paper dust can cause them to slip while transporting the paper.

Our fax machine is beeps and then pauses and then about 30 seconds later beeps again. There is no paper jam...the toner is fine(from what I see)...what is the issue?

On this machine, if the paper tray has been over loaded, it can cause the paper feed drive train to over drive and causing the plastic feed shafts to over twist out of their positions.
These paper feed rolls and drive shaft parts would need to be replaced.
Perhaps a service call would be needed to do this repair.

Work Center Pro 575 always gets paper jams

If a document jam occurs during a transmission, the message "DOCUMENT JAM" is displayed. If this occurs, follow the procedure below. It is recommended that a duplicate from a copier, of the jammed document be used to reduce the chance of a jam when resending the document.
See Chapter 3, "Loading Documents" for document specifications and recommendations which may help avoid paper jams.
Note: The power can be left ON when clearing a paper jam.
Typical Causes of Document Jams
Recommended Procedure
The document is fed at an angle.
Adjust the Document Guides to the edges of the
document.
The document paper is too thin or too thick.
Make a duplicate using a copier and use the copy
as the sending document.
Document has tape or pieces of paper taped to it.
Remove the tape or make a duplicate using a copier and use the copy as the sending document.
The Control Panel Cover is not fully closed.
Close the Control Panel Cover fully.
The document is stapled. Remove the staple(s), or make a duplicate using a copier and use the copy as the sending document.
Basic Troubleshooting
1. Remove all documents from the Document Support.
2. Open the Control Panel Cover.
3. Remove the document jam. Remove any pieces of paper, paper clips, or staples that may have caused the jam.
4. Close the Control Panel Cover.
5. Verify the display has returned to the Standby Mode.

Does it say clear jam immediatly or does it start to run then declare a jam?
If it starts then tells you to clear a jam and no paper is in the machine, your feed rollers are shot. Smooth like trying to drive a car on ice.
If it says that all the time, no attempt to feed then you have a sensor either dirty, knocked out of place or something stuck on a sensor.
Either in the paper path or in the scanner.

It Is a sensor that you should clean or re-locate. Try searching on sides of the roll or near the place where it shows you or tell you about the paper Jam.
