It depends on what make/model the netbook is. I have seen netbooks running Windows XP, Windows 7, Chromium, Linux, etc. It's impossible to say without knowing which netbook it is.
Hello, from what I understand, the netbook doesn't use an Intel-standard processor, so only code specifically for that chip will run, ie, no downloadable plug-ins,java, flash etc. CE itself is based on windows 98. I found a site giving useful overviews on these netbooks, I think they're worth visiting:

The shortened version of You Tube that will run on the SYNET07526 will not allow you to download or listen to any music. It is optimized just for a stunted version of You Tube and if you use that version it will at least let you see some videos. The machine just does not have enough useful memory to load the large You Tube site. Your broser is just not capable of it.
It sounds as though there is an email stuck in your outbox. I don't know which email program you are using, but you should be able to open your email program, wait for the error messages to appear, close the error messages & delete whatever is in your outbox.
so does it have sound??? If so then the set is probably in a hv shutdown because of a weak tube or is in vieo safty mode as the vert has failed in the set. On cost here in Michigan a tube could cost up to 300 bucks + labor and on the vert repair about 250.00 to 400.00 to fix
what exactly it's the issue ?
