Go to this website

Select your Operating System in the dropdown menu to the right of "Refine Search By:" and to the right of where you selected your operating system, select Driver from the other dropdown menu.

To find your exact operating system, right+click on My Computer or Computer (which ever option you have) and select Properties from the shortcut menu. You can also navigate to Start, then Control Panel and then select System to find out your exact operating system.

I hope this helps! If not, please comment back and let us know!

Hi my toshiba tecra m6 sound is not functioning. the operating system is widows 7 ultimate . the status of installed devices is functional . please help

Look for the function key associated with the sound and check that. Also make sure you haven't muted it. You may have accidentally touched the keys that mute it or turn it way down low. Sometimes it can be turned way down in a particular piece of software you were using and that can make it too low to hear in other things.

Did you install windows 7 recently? If so make sure you have the right driver.

Fn+F8 hotkey dose not work but the remain FX go fine

Another Alternative is to check your BIOS to see whether or not your Wireless is turned on, if it is not pressent in your BIOS then update your BIOS Driver on the Internet to ver 1.4, Double check your version Compatabillity. Next if the adapter driver is installed, follow the following intructions: start -> settings -> control panel -> system -> hardware -> device manager -> now look for the wireless adapter, see if it is operational or marked with an error -> if it is marked check that it is configured for automatic, and also the resources. Set the configuration manually if so. restart the system.

1) Resource conflict = change resource settings
2) No adapter = check if the adapter is enabled (Y) then see if there is any conflicts (y) correct the settings e.g. resources and see if windows shows that the device is enabled (N) try to enable this device. If (N) then goto BIOS settings to correct it.

Hope this helps
