Question about Samsung SGH-E370 Cellular Phone
Posted by Anonymous on
Usually just hitting the key will prompt you if you want to exit. There is also the Options key which generally will offer a exit as well.
There's always powering off the cell and turning it back on, which is a sure way to know for sure that it's no longer connected.
Normally just being connected to the internet isn't a bad thing. Unless there's something that's updating periodically on the webpage you're viewing, you shouldn't be sending/receiving data, or at a very small rate. BUT.. that's just a general assessment, there are pages that continue to bounce data back and forth with ads and other interactive functions and that can add up.
Ultimately if you want to be sure, power cycle your phone and you're confident you're off the net.
Good luck and happy new year!
