Question about Canon PowerShot G7 Digital Camera
After connecting my camera to computer with the cables plugged into USB port, I get a message stating cannot detect camera - camera is busy or unplugged - try again, or words to that effect. I was once able to download pictures but can't any longer. Help!
A friend suggested I uninstall the digital camera solution disk and then reinstall it. I did so and although my computer seemed to crash once it was restarted after turning it off and back on and getting a blue screen from microsoft stating I had to start it manually everything worked out. I am so thankful. I got about 100 pictures downloaded and stored into the appropriate album. Thank you for your concern.
