It is more than 43 day of my transaction for the amount of $ 25.99 that I sent to wangmeiyun (kathy@smileoptical.com) for USB digital microscope and so far I did not get nothing yet. I would like a full refund of my money. Thank you very much in your attention in this matter. Louis Wilcox

lovemypet@domain.com is not the same as lovemypet.com.au.
Notice that the second one doesn't have an '@' sign, which an email address should have.

Now, this is to try recover your money.

Go to "Resolution Center" in PayPal
https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_complaint-view&nav=0.4

Click "Dispute a Transaction"

Select "Item Dispute"

Enter the Transaction ID of the payment sent. [Click "find transaction ID if you already don't know it. I hope you will recognize the amount sent from the history."]

Click "continue"

Now, follow the instructions.
You will have to write something describing the problem.
Maybe you can write "Hey, I have not received the .......... that I bought on...... . Have you already sent the item?"

Now, you have to ask the seller his PayPal ID. From where did you buy the item? I hope it is some website.

Please tell me if there is any other problem.

If you have forgotten your e-mail address to PayPal click here: Forgot e-mail address

If you have forgotten your Password to PayPal click here: Forgot password

This should help you get into your PayPal account. PayPal allows you to reverse any transactions so if any money is missing you can claim it back.

I suggest you change your password to your PayPal account as this looks like there might be suspicious activity happening on your account.

Qx5 microscope is shutting down.


Does this device run from USB power.. (no plug in power supply) if so, the problem may just be that this device (not limited to microscopes) is trying to draw too much power, as not all USB ports are born equal (a common problem in laptops). the solution is to either buy a power supply for the microscope or get a "powered" USB hub (a usb hub with it's own plug top power supply) I hope this helps

Depending on the model of your USB, (1.1 or 2.0) it may or may not time out. With a 2.0 speed USB it will not typically tome out until about 30 hours of very high activity use. A 1.1, on the other hand can get to do that a lot. If your USB is a 2.0 get a computer expert to check that it is not malfunctioning. If it is a 1.1, I would suggest getting a USB upgrade.
