All spa's have a circulator pump. This pump works in conjunction with your heating element. The pump automatically turns on when the heater does to circulate the newly heated water. If the pump fails, the heater will not kick on as a safety measure so you don't burn out the heating element. It sounds like your circulator pump has failed. On many spas, this may also be related to a pressure switch failure. I hope this helps. It should at least give you a place to start.

What does mean FLO message on the digital panel

Hi Simon,

The FLO message is a warning that your water flow is not what it needs to be. This can be harmful to your equipment, without proper water flow the heating element can over heat or your pump can run dry causing damage. Often this is can be caused by dirty filters, so your first check should be to see if your filters are clean. Other possible problems could be water levels. Make sure you have no water blockages especially on the suction end.

I have a servicecode , flo, and the temp. Will not reach the seting i have done

FLO code relates to the correct water pressure flowing through the heater tube. This is a safety procedure in adequate water flow could damage your equipment.
As this code can be one of the hardest to diagnose start by checking that all water suction & discharge slice valves are all-the-way open. If they are okay try clean or replace the filter cartridge.
If the cartridge is new or clean try temporarily run the spa with out the filter cartridge, it could possibly be preventing flow.
If the issue persists you can check that the suction fitting covers are free of debris. If the suction fittings are clear of blockages it is likely that pressure switch or flow switch (depending on your spa model) has failed.
These steps will fix a flo code the majority of the time, the pump is another potential cause but least likely.

Filled artic spa 36 hours ago. not heating properly. what should I check?

If you don't have any error codes, FLO, FLC, then there is a chance your heater has burnt out. You would need an Ohm meter to measure if you have continuity thru the heater element. You should read 11 to 12 ohms. If you have either FLO or FLC on the display this indicates a problem with the pressure switch. The pressure switch is threaded into the side of the heater, the stainless steel tube attached to the #1 or main pump. Its a round module with two wires attached to it. There is an adjusting post in the center of the module. For an FLO code turn the post half a turn CCW. For an FLC code turn it half a turn CW. If this does not solve the problem replace the pressure switch.

Assuming that pump 1 works ok on low speed...

Try removing the filter(s) and see whether or not this clears the fault. If the fault has gone install some new filters.

Get Flo Message frequently and sometimes FIL2 message.

FLO is related to either a dirty filter or a clogged suction to the pump or possibly a pump related fault. FIL2 is the code displayed when programming the 2nd Filtration Cycle.

LF means "Low Flow". Remove the filters to see if the code goes away. If not, the pressure switch may be bad.
