This is due to your phone firmware is corrupted due to virus. You need to reset the phone firmware,
You can do it by master reset.Since you say it on/off/on/off then you can't follow the procedure.
You have to flash your phone.I recommend you can flash your phone when it normal dead state. But this on/off/on/off is not a normal behavior. While flashing it should not have any disturbance if its going to have then phone will be useless anymore. So i prefer you to take to the service center to flash it.

Steps how flashing does.
ForCDMA:If your mobile is CDMA you have to flash you mobile,to get itworking.Flashing is a process by whichyou erase the software of your phone and install new firmware so all the details get erased,so the code and allthe details in the phone will be erased.Flashing is a risky,You have to follow predefined steps verycarefully. The stepsfor flashing any mobile is given in the below link as a video please followit correctly. Note:Ifthe flashing stop inbetween at any point during the process, the phone iswaste, you can't use it more.If you feelyou have some hand's on you can do it.else please got the nearest service center and ask him do it.Itwill cost very less and may vary according to the phone.
Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

Thank you for using fixya have a nice day:-)

Flame turns off rematurely

That is normal. The gas does not stay on constantly. That would burn the clothes. The gas assembly is controlled by a Klixon mounted on the blower housing. As the air comes through the blower The Klixon also known as the cycling thermostat judges air temp and turns the gas assembly on and off. Here is a video explanation:

Blower vac runs a few sec. then stops

Check age of gas. Cannot be more than 30 days old. Make sure to use fresh gas w/synthetic 2-cycle oil @ 40:1 ratio (1 gal.) Gas to 3.2 oz. Oil). Do not use old or stale oil/gas mixture. Always use the proper oil/gas mix. If you do not, your engine will suffer rapid, permanent damage. May need to clean or replace carburetor.

My miller matic 35 welds and stops after about 2 inches let cool for about 30 to 40 sec and it welds again. fan runs

these need a good power supply , i looked and did not see the duty cycle on this welder if you are doing heavy welding 100% power it will need 30- 40 minutes to cool of to weld again. it all depends on the units duty cycle, stated on the welder spec plate ..can you bypass the auto feed speed mode ? this might be the issue.. good luck ..use all the protection you can when welding these are like the sun and can and will burn exposed skin and eyes .. if'n i was any help throw me a bone and vote thanks jay

...have Danby 1.0 cu. ft.

When talking about "Power Level", there is a misconception that the cooking power is being adjusted. This is not the case. The user is actually adjusting the duty cycle of the Magnetron. For instance at 30%, the Magnetron will be turned on for 20 sec. and off for 40 sec. A loud 60 cycle hum is usually caused by a shorted Magnetron. Thus the unit is not economically repairable.
