Question about HP Officejet 6310 All-In-One InkJet Printer

1 Answer

My hp 6310 all-in-one will not scan. It is telling me I don't have a computer attached when it is very clear that I do. I have reconnected the usb and reinstalled the drivers numerous times. I can view the device over a network but the scanner its self is not recognizing the computer. How do I fix this.
