First you need to access your voice mail message center. This can be done on most cell phones by pressing and holding down the number one. Listen for the voice prompts and make your selections accordingly. If this doesn't help contact your carrier.

To enter voice mail, press the Voice Message Key, the pass code will be set in default to 0000. Your mailbox will not function properly until you have put your voice message on. To do this, press option 0, followed by 5 followed by 7. When you have got the message you require press the #. If you regularly change your voice-mail message, you must press 3, delete the original message and reset the message followed by the #.
