SOURCE: i need to calibrate the coats 850 wheel balancer
hi,
to calibrate coats 850, first you take a balanced wheel, tie it on machine shaft, enter the wheel dimension or wheel data such as distance, width and diameter, the press c90c, start the machine after completing cycle machine stops, add 100gm wieght out side the wheel and run it again, after this complete cycle your machine will be calibrate,

Call your Local Hunter service rep, you can find him on Hunter.com web site or ee the following:
You need a calibration stick/weight 4 inch long screwed into the back of the balancer, supplied by Hunter. Push the far left button until the calibrate light shows up then press enter notice the LCD display, it shows the weight location, screw the weight into the spindle face on the left side, then push start, after spin notice LCD and change the weight to the other hole in the left side and then rotate the weight to the TDC top dead center position and press enter, then press start. After spin cycle then move the weight to the other side same hole and press start. The balancer will say Cal Rdy when done or Call your Local Hunter Servce Rep
