Question about Kodak EASYSHARE 5100 All-In-One Printer

Printing too dim to read or see...black and color ink is brand new.

I am 65 yrs old and not computer or printer literate, but I'm not stupid and I'm very frustrated. The black and color ink show low when I go into the printer screen, but they are brand new. Paper goes throuh the printer ok, but the lettering is so light, I cannot see or read it. No one can. The copy light automatically is on when I turn on the power. Is this the problem? Please help me!!!!! Or, better still, please give me a toll free telephone number to call to speak to a Real person!! Thank you in advance for your assistance. I
