Question about Compaq CQ60-215DX Notebook
First of all make sure you have not left a DVD in the drive or a USB device connected to the laptop.
If you have reboot, see if it works.
If there is no Bootable device in and you get the message again, enter the Bios and check if the hard drive is showing in there. If it is not, you have a problem with the hard drive and it will need replacing, sometimes, you can remove it and re-insert it and it will work ok.
If the hard drive is seen in the Bios, but will not boot, you should run the Windows recovery disc, let it find the previous version of wndows and attempt a repair
