Condensate pump does not pump. Pump runs but no output. Bucket full light comes on.

Might be something blocking the pump or hose. Or the hose could have come off the pump or the bucket aint sitting in its position so that the switch is engaged.

    Been in use for roughly a year. Cools an IT equipment room.
    Pumps condensate to adjacent drain.

    I'm sorry, but I have to ask if there is indeed any water in the tank when you get the light, and if so, how much? Considering the age of the unit it probably is not a mechanical fault as much as it could be an electronic fault.

    Does this unit have a mechanical pump to send the waste water out or is it just a gravity feed?

There must be a hole in the condensate pan if it's not coming from over the top. Bleach only prevents mold and bacteria growth, not blockages. Check and clean the drainage tubing connected to the condensate pump

No, the float switch activates when the storage tank is full. To confirm this lift the float and you will see the "Empty Water" light come on at the front of the machine.

Red bucket full light stays on.
If the bucket is full then the pump should be running, if the pump is not running it is a faulty pump motor, a faulty control board, a faulty level switch for the pump motor or the water level alarm float switch.

'bucket full' light on, but bucket empty
There is likely a switch operated by a float to turn that light on and turn off the compressor, sometimes manufactures use a rubber "O" ring on the float shaft and they can slip. take the cover off the pump and check the float or in some cases one of two floats are used. Once float turns the pump on and off and the second float shuts OFF the compressor and turns ON the full reservior light.

Little Giant Condensate pump runs for 1 sec when res not full
Is there a check valve in the pumps discharge fitting? If there is it may be stuck open or broken allowing some of the water to return to the reservoir once the pump shuts off which then may lead to the brief cycle between full cycles.

If there is not one, install one to keep any water from backing back into the reservoir and that should stop the short runs.

Empty bucket light is on and dehumidifier will not run
The float switch for the condensate reservoir (bucket) is malfunctioning.

It's sending a false signal that the bucket is full.

Maybe just stuck and needs cleaning or it may have failed.

I wish to purchase DDR606 dehumidifier. Will need to place a pump into bucket to send water up basement wall and out thru window. Will this work with this model? Thanx!
This will work for all models. You just need to get a condensate pump. Hook drain from dehumidifier to the condensate pump. the dehumidifier will need to be higher than the pump so it can drain.
