That sounds like poor signal conditions. I would get your aerial checked.

I have a picture noise problem on light scenes how can I correct it

Noise in picture occur due to 2 main reasons.
External interference to video signal & improper AGC [Automatic Gain Control].
Check whether the signal cables used are of good quality; connections are firm and no electrical instrument which produces RF interference is placed near to the TV
The AGC problem can occur, if the AGC circuit at the main board is faulty, or it has not been adjusted properly. In this case, I suggest to contact any service technician; or the authorized service center for Panasonic. To adjust the AGC; you have to enter the service mode to the TV; and it is somewhat a semi-skilled work.

I have noise issue with my panasonic tx-22lx2

Reset the TV. Refer its user manual for details. If it do not help you, you have to enter the service mode and make some adjustments there. To get details about how to enter service mode to Pansonic, visit this site "Electro-Help". Google for it, and get details. Never attempt to change any data value to service mode adjustments, if you are not aware about what do you do with it.

What do you mean by "retune". Do you mean Auto program TV channels? If so go into menu and follow steps under channels.

After retuning digital tv my TX-28DTX1 BBC1 BBC2 BBC3 are missing. I have tried several times. Another tv in the house using the same aerial has found those channells.

It is a software problem with the television. I found the answer on the internet. I have contacted Panasonic for an upgrade of the software.

Viera Link not work between two brand new Panasonic devices

You need to select setup from the TV menu then switch the Viera link on. I think retuning must have switched it off.

I have just retuned my panasonic TX32LXD1 and no longer get BBC 1/2 and 3.

Just come up against the same issue (ie none of the BBC Channels after Retune). Panasonic advised me that the TVs internal software needs updating and they are mailing out a card that is plugged in at the rear of the TV. Contact Panasonic Customer Services (you should find the number for this in the User Manual) and they will send you one of these and its free of charge.

Noisy video on tuner input

Well, if replacing the tuner did not solve it, the next likely culprit is the power supply. Does it look OK on A/V cable input? You didn't say what brand this is but all the older Matshushita made VCRs (panasonic, sylvania, quasar, magnavox ond others) have power supplies that fail often in this manner spewing out noise that interferes with the video signals. Some of us know how to repair the supplies as they are usually not available for replacement.
