Coaxial cable from Antenna to input on amplifier. Coaxial Cable from output of amplifier to Television, VCR or AV Receiver depending on what you have hooked up.

My plasma TV makes vibration sound when volume increases on TV or any remote of DVD, STBs

It is an issue of automatic gain control software for the audio signal. The issue happens if you have a short outage of your cable signal. The TV tries to amplify the audio signal that isn't even there. When the signal returns, the TV software is not programmed correctly to drop the amplification (not automatic gain decrease -just increase). The only solution is a factory reset of the TV.

What is the video single output VHF FM UHF 12db

That sounds like the description of a broadband amplifier. It likely has "F" type (cable-coax) connectors and a power cord.
Commonly used to increase the signal level of TV cable to compensate for inserting a signal splitter, or in some cases to increase the signal level from an antenna, typically outdoor TV or FM radio antenna, so it is connected between the signal source (antenna, or cable) and receiver with antenna as input and receiver connected to the output of this little box. The gain (amplification) it provides is 12 dB, so the output is more than 3 times the input.

Is the cable length important from tv set to aerial in loft

Yes the cable length is important, however in most cases if you are hooking up coaxial cable that is 50 feet or less it's not going to affect the signal that much. If' its a lot more than 50 feet in length and the signal isn't strong enough to provide good video quality they do sell inline amplifiers. I hope this helps but somtimes it's a trial and error type of thing where you hook it up and it either works or it doesn't and you have no choice but to install an inline signal amplifier.

Comcast Cable Down All Day Every Day

Here's some things to check:
If there are signal splitters on your cable for TV, computer, more than one tv, the signal is getting divided ...every splitter will weaken the signal.
Check for unneeded splitters, also there are splitters that have a wider frequency capability.
Consider upgrading to 2hgz splitters if needed.
Also I think that the more homes that are on the cable tend to make the signal weaker...I don't comcast would fess up to this, but I'm pretty sure it's true.
Make sure all your cable connections are snug and you may want to double check for corrosion etc. on each connection.
I resorted to a signal amplifier on my home. We've got comcast for cable tv and internet, with multiple tv's and multiple computers.
The amplifier (motorola) boosted the signal for everything and we've got way less dropped, frozen pix, black screens and the internet is back up to speed.
Comcast even came out and put a signal strength meter on the in-line to the house and stated it's within their limits... Glad I put the amp on the line..
Give it a try.

How do I connect old jensen speakers to a technics m222 duel cassette deck

You have to send your signal out through an amplifier of course. The amplifier is what has the "speaker out" jacks on it's back. The cassette deck and the amplifier have connections through low-level signal cables (patch cords) which are ususally 3 or 6 feet par of cables which are red and white (referencing right and left signal channels).
An alternative is the hook earphones to your jack on the front to listen to if you do not have an amplifier to connect to.

The problem is that the DSL signal looks like RFI :"noise" to many surge supressors like this one. You'll need to get a surge suppressor made specially for DSL.

Autoprogram for lcd hd tv keeps taking me back to autoprogram.

You may need a signal amplifier to get the signal strength to keep the television synchronized with the input signal. The television tuner is losing the signal and has to keep searching to find it. You can amplify the signal with a small cable signal amplifier. You can usually find these amplifiers in your local electronics store like Fry's or the Micro Center. They are adaptors that will hook up between the cable and the television input. Look for them under television cable signal amplifiers. You can also buy them on line. Just put the name in you favorite search engine and find the stores that sell them. If you are still in doubt about the amplifier. Make a call to the local or online store and ask them how they work and how to use them with you television. They will be glad to help you and make a sale . If this doe not solve your problem then you may have a problem with the signal input circuit and need a service technician to test it. They will be able to tell if if you need some repairs to fix it. If you have more question about this problem just ask and some one will help you. I hope this information help you with your problem.

3 rooms with dish works on 2 on 3rd i get no sync

This problem could be caused by a weak signal amplifier in the tuner section of the Television. You can try putting the television in a location where it will receive a stronger signal from the Dish. Closer to the source of the signal. You can also try getting a signal amplifier to increase the signal strength to the television tuner. These amplifiers are usually sold at the local electronics stores like Fry's or the Micro Center. You can call the stores and ask them if they have signal amplifiers for cable and satellite signals. You can also find them on line by using the search engines looking for signal amplifiers for cable and satellite signals. If all this fails to solve your problem, Call the Insignia customer support at this telephone number 1-877-467-4289. Tell them the model number of you television and the problem you are having with the loss of signal reception. They should be able to tell you how to resolve the problem. The customer support website is www.insignia-products.com. you can use the customer support section here also to explain your problems. I hope this information helps you with your problem.
