the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Sharp MX-6201n get e7-06 error when scanning to thumb drive

Hi

Error E7-06 means Image data decode error. This appears due to Image expansion error. It has been caused due to MCU PWB abnormality or USB cable trouble
Try using a different USB cable. If this doesn't help then try the reset procedure---

Sharp ram clear -- Press function 9 * 8 # 7 then # or * until display reads memory clear, then press start. Note the other maintenance mode options displayed on the screen when pressing # or *.

Hope this helps...

Sharp ARM207 E7-11 erorr code. What does it mean?

E7-11 Shading trouble (white correction) I beleive it is the white metal plate of the glass.
most copiers now have a white plate that it uses as reference;
take off the copy glass and clean the white plate ( with machine off) and put back.

My Sharp AR-336 copier gives two error codes: 1)is F2-37 & 2) is U2-00. The U2-00 I can clear everytime. The F2-37 won't clear for hours. The only things is to leave it unplugged for several hours...

when you turn on the machine it rotates and takes severaal readings from different sources. one of them is for the drum, adjusting the seperation to the age of hte drum. So as the drum ages with the amount of copies it automatically adjust it self. Have the tech replace that sensor (if they haven't done so) or maybe it just has toner on it giving false readings.
