Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Please download the latest software from www.canon.com/support appropriate for your operating system. Delete the printer from your computer and disconnect it. Reboot your computer, run the software and follow the instructions ... so not plug the printer in until you are so instructed. Once it will run from its host, remove the printer from each of the other computers - copy the software you downloaded to the other computers and reinstall per Canon's instructions.
This should work for you.
