Question about Canon PowerShot SD550 / IXUS 750 Digital Camera
I notice numerous digital cameras for sale---all brands and models---because of : (1) LCD screen cracked/broken (2) won't power on (3) lens stuck. These seem to be the most commonly listed problems. How difficult are these type repairs, and could the average person successfully repair these faults, in a cost-effective manner? Where would the parts be purchased.....at the respective dealers, or maybe eBay, etc?
THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!!
Be very careful in buying broken as/is cameras. I tried it and found most sent had been canonbulized--no kidding :^)
