Check the transreciver conected properly in the usb port of your laptop and wether the batteries are fine in the mouse if the battrey is fine you will see ared light facing the floor in the mouse if there is no light change the battery then you need to make the transreciver conected to the computer to comunicate with the mouse to start comunicating press the small button on the reciver and abutton below the mouse

According to you you have a problem with your wireless mouse.
# So first check that the receiver of the mouse attached with your laptop properly.
# Make sure that the battery of the mouse is not dead.
# if you have Windows OS you can install the driver.
# Make sure the port of the laptop is OK.
# Reconnect the mouse & restart the mouse & the system both.
