Hi,
According to you you have a problem with your wireless mouse.
# So first check that the receiver of the mouse attached with your laptop properly.
# Make sure that the battery of the mouse is not dead.
# if you have Windows OS you can install the driver.
# Make sure the port of the laptop is OK.
# Reconnect the mouse & restart the mouse & the system both.

How will i install my a4tech mouse to my laptop? the mouse that i purchased has no cd to install the program?

Most devices like mice are either recognised right away or when you restart.

Plug in the mouse and restart the computer. It should work.

On my computer I can plug in 2 mice and 2 people can take turns moving the cursor...or fight over it!

If it helps please rate.

I plugged my Logitech wireless mouse into my Toshiba laptop but it will not recognize it

You have to install the driver first then you have to plug it in the Laptop. Also check if your operating system is listed in the supported OS list of the mouse.

Hi,
Many toshibas have the facility to turn the mouse/trackpad on or off. I have seen it on the upper keys in blue text, meaning you need to hold the fn (Function) key down at the same time as the mouse enable/disable key.
