Ok this is what you need, First a computer that can access internet or use a phone that can view the websites. my samsung moment can view dells site very well and i can download the drivers and then transfer the to my computer.
Ok so you need to know the brand and model of your computer. so if you have a IE dell or hp or emachines then simply go to google and type IE Dell Drivers. you will see a site for the drivers and you will be asked to select your pc with certain options, i chose "Select model" then simply chose my model of pc and then download the drivers. you should find them under network or communications but im sure its network.
