The encryption key is the code used by the wireless router to prevent unauthorized people from using the network. Basically, you need to ask whoever set up the network what the key is.
Or, you could do a hard reset on the router and set up a new key in your router settings.

So what you need to do:
Try changing the channel of your wireless router to either channel 1 or channel 11 which can increase download speeds.

This error code is more specific to having incorrect security settings on your wii. Your encryption key is wrong when trying to connect to your wireless internet. Double check your encryption key with your router's settings and try again.
