    I have same problem.

Remove the 3 screws at bottom of panel, had my flat pan ready to catch the water when unscrew the trap. yes, there was lots of water.

cleaned the trap. coins, rubber bands, lint, etc. ... replaced all parts.... now I am running the rinse and spin cycle to get the water from my towels.

    Hope it works.

Thank you so much! Bobby pins, cash, coins, a house key one of the kids lost, tons of lint.

Terrible design re: the three screw holding mechanism for the bottom panel. A real pain to reinstall.

    Thanks again!

I had this same problem. I removed the bottom panel on the front load washer. There is a "drain" that collects coins and such that are left in pants. It also collects lint. Turn the disc to clean the drain. Be prepared with a flat plan to collect what comes out. There will be water! This makes the water collect in the "tub" thus, leaving the clothes wet. It it continues, you may also have water leaking from the bottom of the washer. Water finds a way to leak out from that area!

I have a Maytag Centennial washer, model number MVWC6ESWW, when I start the machine, it immediately starts agitating and adding water simeltaneously. At the end of the cycle, the clothes are soaking wet,...

I had the same issue. When I started the machine it began agitating and then began to fill as if it is beginning the second rinse cycle - well I think it was.... SO, I threw in some towels and began the cycle at the second rinse part of the cycle. Low and behold, the next load started and finished just fine.

I hope this helps. This is just one of many issues with this machine, but luckily I haven't had to call the repairman yet! They all seem to revolve around the thing being out of sync.

Clothes are not completely rinsed (they're soaking wet) at very end of spin cycle.

Try to fill minimum water level in your machine with out adding detergent or clothes and complete cycle and see if it is any watter inside. Could be a water pump.

After the spin cycle runs the clothes are still soaking wet

I had that problem at one time with my old washer and what it ended up being was the Washer Dog Agitators were broken and causing the it to slip and not spin correctly. I would try checking the Dog Agitators.
Here's A picture of a typical top-load washer breakdown to show you where they are located --->Here<---
I hope this helps. If that is the problem I bought mine at Sears for about $8, normally in stock item.

My clothe come out very wet at the end of the wash cycle

If the pump is clogged and can't release all the water it won't go into final high spin. Remove lower cover and locate coin catch and unscrew it. Water will come out, so be ready. If it's full of stuff, this is probably the problem.

Washer does not complete its cycle on any wash cycle. Error Code F 02 shows up before rinse and spin is complete. Clothes are soaking wet. What is the problem?

check the drain hose for any blockages or kinks and check to make sure water passes through it freely. it may be that it's just not emtying quick enough and therefore clothes remain wet. in a worse case scenario the pump itself could be faulty :(
