Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Sometimes this happens after you have changed the toner cartridge. Try turning the printer off and then back on.

They're called "toner cartridges."
- See the instructions that came with your printer, but here are the basics
The HP Color LaserJet CP2550 has 4 toner cartridges, one black and three color. Only one cartridge can be changed at a time. They are on a rotating carousel. So you first press the Rotate Carousel button until the cartridge you want to change is selected, then turn off the printer, open the top, pull out the old cartridge, put in the new (being sure it's the correct color), then pull off the tab that keeps the toner from leaking.
HP's toner cart installation instructions are at
and the general manual is at
toner cart stuff starts on page 12.

hi, i work for a company who is the dealar of hp products.
you have to do a clean service of your hp printer.
after that the printer should not have ghost print any more.

First thing to do is to turn off the HP. Clear out any print jobs that are sitting on your computer print que waiting to be printed. Turn the printer back on, wait about 1 minute then try printing again. If this does not work then clear the print job again and reboot your PC. Try printing again. If still you can not print then reply here with how the printer is connected to your PC. By USB cable? Ethernet? etc.
