Question about Whirlpool Duet GHW9150P Front Load Washer
Mine just had that error code and we found that the hose connection just inside the top cover where the water flows through to get to the dispenser was off. Because there was laundry on the floor, I did not notice that the floor was flooded from the water that was suppose to go into the machine. Hose came off, clamp was missing. TWO repairmen didn't seem to think it needed a clamp even through there are three other connections with clamps in the same area.

This error message can sometimes be caused by a power glitch. Try unplugging the unit for 2 minutes to see if this fixes the error. Another cause can be a problem with your Central Control Unit.
