Your timer is the culprit. Change the timer and enjoy the laundry. : )

Zannusi Dryer TDS383W element gets Hot (glows)then cuts out after few seconds then if I wait for couple minutes and reset the clock to any set time the element glows hot again until inbuilt thermostats 'click' again cutting out the element, this process is continuous with or without the lid and ducting in place.

My Bosch Nexxt 500 dryer keeps tripping the hi-limit cut out.

Try checking your exhaust vent pipe for excessive bends and kinks, make sure there is good strong airflow coming out the exhaust where it exits the building.

Hello, I have a Kenmore Dryer 90 series... We are in a Town house on and the Dryer is on the 2nd floor and the vent goes up vertical for about 12 ft with a 45 then to the roof... my dryer gives off heat...

To check the thermal fuse - You can bypass the thermal fuse (just connect the 2 wires together) for testing purposes only.
To check the thermal cut-out - You can bypass the thermal cut-out (just connect the 2 wires together) for testing purposes only.
To check the thermostats for continuity - - You can bypass the thermostat (just connect the 2 wires together) for testing purposes only.
To check the Element: Try removing element and physically looking at the element wire for a break in the wire.

More than likely it is the heating element.Remove the front lower panel. While the dryer is running look inside at the bottom,if the element is getting hot you will be able to see it.If the element is not hot, replace it.

My DLE2514W LG dryer keeps running with 6 Min. Left

There is a humidity sensor (Hence the words Sensor Dry) inside the machine which trips out when it sees a lack of moisture in the air going past it.

It is not adjustable without special equipment

That sensor has failed and will need replaceing

LG Electric Dryer DLE2515S - dryer timer is stuck on 6 minutes and continues drying until I manually switch off - sensor dryer does not appear to be working either.

OK, test the dryness sensor for its operational value. if the test confirms sensor function, you will need to replace the main PCB board in this case.

Now, if the sensor test reveals a faulty sensor device, simply replace the sensor. In most cases, this iwll be a fualty PCB main and, replacing it will usually fix this issue.

LG WD-324RHD stops at 6 minutes left in drying

Your timer has gone bad and you need to replace the time. Best bet is to get a Technician out there but you can do it yoursel. It is behind the face plate where it counts down the time

Drying timer on auto dry

I called LG...they said to unplug the dryer for 5 min. to reset the timer ...this solved the problem.
They also said not to use dryer sheets during the sensor dry cycle as the coating on the dryer sheets causes the sensor to malfunction as it can't read the humidity level in the dryer.
