I have a Tata Wimax broadband, i have got a D-Link DIR 600 Router, i have tried so many times to go through both easy setup CD and Manual setups but invain.. i am frustrated!!!! I am able to connect to the router but router isnt able to connect to wimax modem.. any assistance would be higly appreciated Thanks, Pratap

Are ytou trying to setup the router.
reset the router to the factory default settings. On the router You will find a small reset button.
Press it and hold it down for 10 to 15 seconds. Release the reset button.
Wait for 1 minute.
Now unplug the power cable to the router and plug it back in.
Wait for 1 minute.
now try to run the setup disk.
If that doesn't work then you can also setup the router without the CD.
Open the setup page of the router and change the settings manually.

HI! try to reset the router for 10secs, then access the setup page of your router by typing at the browser url:192.168.0.1, then it will show the setup page of the router..go to advance and select on the left side firewall & dmz, uncheck the spi. this will disable the firewall of the route. u are going to do this if the msg is still showing while doing the manual setup of your router.. dont use the cd setup, sometimes it will work but most of the time it wont..
