I have a High Pointe model EM925BSS-S Microwave oven in our RV. It does not indicate that it has any power. I checked the breakers and they are ok. Is there a fuse in the microwave that possibly is blown? If so, how do I access it?

I also have a High Pointe Microwave Model EM925BSC SN 0608MO3508 manufactured in Aug 06. Tried to use it for the first time this weekend after buying a new Honda EU2000I to use it. The turntable does not turn automatically or when I try to turn it manually. Cooks OK. Nothing in the owner's manual that came with trailer (Zoom 178) mention how to fix the problem.

Anyone have a Ph# for High Pointe. Their Service center address is High Pointe, 2617 N Great Southwest Parkway, #100 , Grand Prarie, TX 75050.

That manual should have contact info to help you get in touch with High-Pointe to get a new one, or it may be close enough to your model to work for you.

Here is a link for the mag tube They do not list any for the high pointe brand anywhere, but all you need to do is get the size and wattage from yours and match it to the right one on the site.

depending on how much you spent on the unit would determine what you should do if you have the model number we would be able to look up your part and give you an estimate on how much to repair as well as some instruction on how to replace the piece that turns the turntable if you were to choose although if you bought the unit at walmart or some place like that it might be easier to just by another one depending on the price of the part it is still getting warm and working just not spining I had one of those while in hawaii stinks to make popcorn with if you have any further questions please message me back and please remember when our chat is through to rank how this opinion has helped it allows me to help others in similar situations Thanks again Rick
