Question about Solis Palazzo Espresso Machine

1 Answer

Power switch will not turn on machine.

I turned my machine off last night. It was working fine. I got up this morning and turned on the power switch but nothing happens. I checked to make sure that power was getting to the plug. That checked out. There are no lights when I turn it on. Is there a fuse somewhere?

It is probably a bigger problem than the switch. If you are not experienced in working on electric appliances, you need to take it in to the repair shop.

My Keurig B40 has been working fine, no problems ( my husband thinks it's two years old). Last night, it was plugged in,however, no lights on, and doesn't work at all! Any suggestions? Or is it...

Hi,

The problem is often that the machine develops a leak in the hose that is rightover the transformer...the water drips onto the transformer and kills that...then you have no power to run the machine.

Red boiler light will not go on. The boiler does heat up.

Open the steam valve when you turn the machine on that will vent out the boiler, keep it open until it starts to hiss slightly and produce small steam bubbles, then close and machine should heat to temp. If that solves your problem then the vent valve needs to be replaced, until then you can turn using the steam valve open trick.
