If there is a power and the unit was not starting is probably a broken timer or a busted motor. Try to open the back cover and use your nose to detect if something has burned, probably its the motor. Check the timer if it is still working by using a multimeter to check for continuity of the switch. Then look for a broken wirings, maybe some rats tries to chew it out while you are gone at work.
