Hi,
I don't think Sunbeam are still selling their products, but do continue to supply spares to cover their warranty.

Try their website

www.sunbeambbqs.com.au

Or the contact numbers on their warranty page.

Failing that, there may be other makes of wheels that would replace yours, you just need the dimensions, and probably dome covered star-lok festeners. The axles should not need replacing.

I want to convert my Sunbeam 550 propane gas grill to a natural gas grill, but I do not know where to purchase the conversion parts (hook ups, nozzles, hoses). Could you recommend a store/dealer in...

Unfortunately, Sunbeam never built a grill that was approved to be convertible from one gas type to another. Even if you attempted it, the parts alone would cost you almost as the grill did when it was new. Not to mention the time and labor involved.

Passenger side at end of axle losse inside rotor is loose on bearing and flopping inside with wheel off will just a bearing fix this

most likely it will be just the bearing, unless someone has driven it this way for prolonged time in this case it might need other parts as well such as a new axel, or even a rotor. if it has been the case then the axel nut that holds the axel in the bearing has gotten so hot the chances of loosining it up will be verry slim and verry hard to remove, thus damaging the axel nut threads. if nit is this loose, I would expect to replace the bearing and the axel.

Rear wheel bearing

if its like the 99 winstar:

safely support the van, remove rear wheel, remove brake drum, remove grease cap. remove caged locknut assembly (38mm socket i think.) then pull the hub assembly from the axel. you may need to cut away the inner race if the bearing falls apart. clean axel, apply alittle anti size compound, then push on the new hub assembly. tighten down the hub nut to specifications (should be on the leaflet in the new bearing package), install dust cap, install drum, install wheel, lower and drive :)

I want convert from a regular threaded axel to a quick release pin on the rear wheel. How can I do that?

You will need to replace the old axel with a hollow quick release axel of the same outside diameter and the correct length to fit between the outside of your rear forks with the nuts and washers in place. In other words you will have to rebuild the hub of your rear wheel. It is arguable as to whether it is easier and cheaper to just buy a new wheel with the quick release axle already in it and just switch the cassette over. You will have to make a trip to your local bicycle repair shop for parts anyways so you might as well do a price comparison. Remember you will need bearings nuts washers and a tool to remove your cassette. Ask and they will probably switch the cassette over to the new wheel for you for a nominal fee. I used to charge $5.00 for this if the customer wanted to switch the tire themselves. It was an extra $5.oo to switch the tire.
