Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: Module 3070 - PAW1300 >

Hi, Obviously you need to roll the time 12 hours ahead. If the watch doesn't receive the Atomic signal properly at first, go to page three of your manual, and try doing it manually following the detailed procedures there.

If you don't have the manual, get it here:
http://world.casio.com/wat/download/en/manual/

Take the four-digit (3070) module number from the back of the watch, enter it, and download a PDF of your watch setting-instructions/manual.
I hope this helps you. Thanks, Bill

I have a Ricoh watch that has " ATRANTA Water Resistant 10BAR" on the face. Face is red in colour, has day and date scroll. Day of week can be seen in English or (guessing)Chinese or Japenese script. Back...

Ricoh Elemx AT Corp. is subsidiary company of Ricoh Elemex Corp.
The Hamilton Ricoh Watch Company, Ltd. was a joint venture (60% owned by Hamilton) and only existed between 1962 and 1964. Electric parts were made in Lancaster, PA while the mechanicals parts were made in Japan, the watches also being assembled in Japan. The movements are marked "Ricoh 555E", but are the same as the Standard Time Corp. 130E (fitted in Hamilton's Vantage range), which in turn is very similar to the Hamilton 505.
Although the factory was turning out 1000 / month, very few were sold. Marketing was handled by Ricoh but they failed to break the stranglehold and monopoly that Seiko had in the Japanese stores; in the end, most were sold on US military bases in Japan.
The partnership was dissolved in 1965; some of the Hamilton Ricoh movements were re-cased as Vantage and sold in the US.
Now Ricoh is owned by Elemex and they still producing watches. Follow this link and see for yourself:
http://www.ricohelemex.co.jp/en/products/req/
Unfortunately, I cant give you any details about your watch, except that the 10BAR means your watch can withstand 10BAR pressure, and that is 10 meters under water.
The bar (symbol bar) is a unit of pressure equal to 100 kilopascals, and roughly equal to the atmospheric pressure on Earth at sea level.
Rate me, please.

I need instructions on setting the alarm for the Pulsar Chronograph 100M. I'm able to set everything else. Your response is greatly appreciated. THANKS!!

I answered this for different Fossil watch post, but I believe it will be the same for your watch.
I'll re-post the answer below.
------

To set the alarm on these models of Pulsar watches, do the following:
Looking at the face of the watch, there are two buttons and a crown on the right side. The TOP button is Button "A". - The BOTTOM button is Button "B".
There are 3 positions on the crown: IN (#0), FIRST CLICK (#1) & SECOND CLICK (#2).
The small dials located at the bottom of the watch face (6 O'clock) are the alarm minute and hour dials.

First, pull the crown out to the second 'click' (position #2) ... This is all the way out. (STOP THERE! Pulling harder will harm your watch! Don't try to pull past position #2!)
Second, set the correct time. (plus one or two minutes... time to complete this.)
Third, with the crown still out to position #2, push button "B" (bottom) until the alarm minute and hour hands are set to the present time (same as the large dials).
Fourth, push the crown all the way in- to position #0.
The current time on the large dial should read the same as the small alarm 'time'. {This is the CURRENT TIME, not the alarm SOUND SET.}
To set the alarm SOUND time, pull the crown out to the first click (position #1).
Push button "B" until the dials of the alarm are at the time you want the alarm to sound... It can only be set within 12 hours! ... It does NOT know "am or pm".
When the desired time is set for the "alarm sound", push the crown all the way in (position #0).
The alarm dials will now indicate the time for your alarm to sound, NOT the current time. (this way, you know that the alarm is engaged.)
To reset the alarm- or disable it, pull the crown out to the first click (position #1) and hold button "B" down until the dials advance and stop at the current time... it will stop at the current time- then release button "B". --- Push the crown back in (position #0) and the alarm will now be disabled.

If the alarm dials are always moving and at the current time, you know that the alarm is disabled.
If the alarm dials are stationary and not moving with the time, you know that the alarm is engaged and set to the time shown.

I hope this helps.

Date changes wrong time

thats because analog watches don't know the difference between AM/PM. First reset the time, moving the hour and minute hands another 12 hours will let you know exactly what mode its in (am/pm) first allowing you to set the date correctly.
