You need a professional tool like Digital Media Converter Pro. Here are the step-by-step instructions on how to use it for downloading from YouTube and converting to a file format that will play on your Sony player:

How to download youtube in Sony Walkman nwz-e436f

Hi haseb,
If by "downloading youtube", you mean connecting to the internet and streaming live media from Youtube, that is not possible on this model. On the other hand, you can download Youtube videos on your computer and play them on your walkman. To do this, remember to convert them into .mp4 and decrease the resolution to 320x240 pixels - maybe using free programs like Videora http://www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/iPod/ (yes, I know yours is not an iPod, but it still works). If you want to play only the music from a Youtube video, go to http://vixy.net/ (this might also take care of your previous problem). Hope this helps.

I have downloaded the Youtube grabber file to My Documents and that was successful. But now that I am trying to play the clips on windows media player, it will not play. Says something about wrong file...

No usually media player will not play this type of file it will be a FLV type file format.
You can download some stand alone player to play the fiiles like this.

OR you can also download and install this package, this will allow Media PLayer to play the UTube files as well.
Both works well.
I hope this will help your out.

And IF your problem was solved, kindly do Rate!

I cannot see and play video clips transfered from canon camera

First off get the arcsoft media converter 3, then drag and drop the videos you want to get on your mp3 player into the program, after it converts it loads them onto your mp3 player as long as it?s connected, this program will also allow you to download YouTube videos and put them on your mp3 player too

I cannot play the movie file from my k750i

It will be in 3gp format.. Try quicktime player.. It should play that file.. Or you can convert the 3gp format into a avi format and play it in windows media or vlc player..For converting the file you can use total video converter or any other free converters..
Hope that helped..

Format not supported??

the size of the file is not an issue unless the total memory is exceeded...
the video has to be in the correct format for the player to read it

download the youtube downloader program and convert the file to the sony mp4 format ..i think it is called p2p(mp4) within the program....transfer by dragging and dropping into videos folder when connected to computer by usb connector
