Question about Samsung Refrigerators
two things. first the water solenoid that controls the water to the dispenser. check it for resistance and presence of voltage when you press the lever to get some water. if there are no resistance, replace the solenoid. if there is resistance and there is voltage, solenoid could have been stuck close. if there is resistance and there is no voltage then the second thing..
second , is the switch that sends voltage to the solenoid valve. when you press the lever, it pushes a switch to send a voltage to the solenoid valve to let water in and comes out at the dispenser. try to check that switch for continuity and on and off as you press the lever.
i hope i was able to solve your problem. please rate me..tnx..
