Question about Xerox Phaser 8400 Laser Printer
If you moved it when it was warm, most likely you have spilled ink into the print head.
If it was shut down for more than an hour before moving it. There is a Tek Color correction you and run. You may have to go to the Xerox.com website and download it and run it.
I would also suggest updating the print driver.
But my guess is moving it damaged the print head and it will most likely need to be replaced.
Also if you go into the print driver properties, you can adjust each color intensity and saturation, you may be able to correct it in that way.
But from experience, I really suspect a faulty print head.
