Question about Toshiba 56HMX195 52" HDTV DLP Projection TV
The problem is that you bought a Toshiba. i have a customer who we di the same thing with. spent hundreds on a bulb and toshiba had a little surprise for us. messed colors. Tried resets etc with no luck. i've been told that is is the nice expencive colour wheel or coloor board also costing a lot. The word on the street is that this is very common and people say that thier customer care doesn't care. I think that when the bulb blows it can sometimes spike the color wheel or color board vibrates the color wheel when it blows.Perhaps all of these angry customers could dynabolt their tvs to the toshiba staffs carpark, go the the higher people in the toshiba food chain
