Question about Sony VAIO PCV-V200G PC Desktop
Well, generally speaking there are a number of reasons causing your Sony Vaio PC running slow or freezing. Common ones include lack of free
disk space, registry corruption or redundancy, overload startup
programs, virus attack, fragmented hard drive etc.
There are manual ways to get all those issues fixed but it costs time and energy, and most importantly it needs technical skills. So I'll recommend a quick yet easy speed up solution, as you can see here: http://www.sonyvaioslow.com/

Most likely yes. You should uninstall any software that comes by default with the manufacturer. Even better, reinstall your windows so you get all your setting clean.
Then just install window anti virus and you should be fine.
